Teacher training in skills to encourage self-regulation of classroom behavior: a contrast between the perspectives of teaching students and experienced teachers.

This study was developed with the primary goal of identifying commonalities and discrepancies between experienced teachers and students regarding the training needs for self-regulation of behavior among their students. The study was carried out with four Catalan universities (Spain): University of Barcelona (UB), University of Lleida (UdL), Rovira i Virgili University (URV) and University of Girona (UdG). This research is carried out within the framework of the Working Group to Support Inclusive Education, made up of researchers from the UB, UdL and UdG, and teachers and directors of inclusive schools in Catalonia.
