UNAWE Course
During the first week of April 2019, the special training course for teachers "UNAWE (Universe Awareness) will be held at the Mundet Campus (UB), with the general coordination of Rosa M. Ros, President of the Astronomy Network for School Education (NASE), of the International Astronomical Union.
Quantum Art Lab. Session
Work session on an artistic production inspired by quantum physics. A group of scientists, programmers, engineers and artists met on 06.29.2018 with the aim of putting in common ideas and proposals aimed at making possible new ways of confluence between art and science.

El Dr. Jaume Fabregat (LMI-UB), organizes the fifth period (February-May 2016) of "Social faces of engineering", with conferences in Barcelona and Vic: "Ideas and devices devoted to old age", "Three engineers of three generations", "Rules, ethics and moral in engineering", and "A relationship between people, the business and society".
I+D+i - Compax
"COMPAX" project, supervising by Guillem Marca, obtain I+D+i Retos de la Sociedad project of Ministry of Economy and Competitivity (Spain). Guillem Marca and Joan Frigola (LMI- UVic / UCC) will coordinate a 3 years study focused on looking for an effective communication intervention to improve cronic patient experience in their hospital stay.
