The existence of common interests between the field of patient experience and public relations allows a new approach to the resulting measures in the field of health communication. To assess the feasibility of this approach, we set the following objectives: to determine the presence of the patient’s experience in the scientific literature and its association with the subject of communication, to establish a bidirectional map of approaches between communication and patient experience, and to categorize the results of the patient experience to communication

Dr. Joan Frigola-Reig (@janfri), member of the LMI research group (@lmi_net), attended XXIX Communication and Health Congress (@congresosCyS) organized by the Spanish Society of Family and Community Medicine (@GPCYS) in Santiago de Compostela from 10 to 13 October.
International Critical PR Conference
Researchers from the LMI-UVIC group Guillem Marca, Joan Frigola and Jesica Menendez, presented a communication entitled "Public Relations outcomes in health organizations" at the BCN Meeting PR #8 Critical Intersections: Communication, public relations, and beyond in a time of convergence, which was held on 2 and 3 July at the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).
