Autumn PhD days
The Autumn PhD days will celebrate in November, 29th and 30th. These days are held twice a year and are organized jointly between the Faculty of Education and the PhD programs in Physical Activity, Physical Education and Sports, Teaching of Sciences, Languages, Arts and Humanities, and Education and Society.
Dr. Bartolomé Full Professor
The access exams to obtain the Full Professor rank were held on the 30th and 31st of May at the Department of Didactics and School Organisation of the University of Barcelona. Dr. Antonio Bartolomé, who is the PI of the group, won the access. Both his academic and professional career and his research on Block Chains and Education were highly valued by the board, who gave him the maximum punctuation. Congratulations!

This November, Lucrezia Crescenzi (LMI-UVIC) and Mariona Grané (LMI-UB) participate in the XIX International Congress EDUTEC 2016.
Advanced research
Dra. Elena Cano has receives the certification of "Advanced Research" from the Quality Assurance Agency for the University System in Catalonia. This accreditation is awarded to academic staff with a consolidated teaching and research career, this allows her access to a full professor chair. Congratulations !

"COMPAX" project, supervising by Guillem Marca, obtain I+D+i Retos de la Sociedad project of Ministry of Economy and Competitivity (Spain). Guillem Marca and Joan Frigola (LMI- UVic / UCC) will coordinate a 3 years study focused on looking for an effective communication intervention to improve cronic patient experience in their hospital stay.
